Occupational Therapist
The Aurora School is currently
accepting applications for a part-time Occupational Therapist who
loves working with our awesome students with autism and
developmental delays. We are willing to consider part-time
applicants as well as contracted services. Qualified candidates
are licensed to practice in Virginia. The ideal candidate prefers
a small caseload, has the creativity to work with children across
the autism spectrum, and loves to see OT goals worked on
throughout the student's day in our 1:1 setting. Competitve

Speech Pathologist
The Aurora School is currently
accepting applications for a full-time Speech Pathologist who
loves working with students across the autism spectrum, as well as
with students with developmental delays. We will consider
contracted services for part-time hours. Speech Pathologists at
Aurora conduct evaluations, deliver therapy and consult with
student teams at Aurora. Qualified candidates must be licensed
to practice in Virginia. The ideal candidate will love a small
caseload, enjoy working with students individually, be a team
player, be open to the principles of Verbal Behavior, and be
creative in working with students of all abilities. Our students'
speech goals are implemented throughout their school day--come

ABA Therapist
The Aurora School is accepting
applications for Applied Behavior Analysis therapists. ABA
therapists work 1:1 with our students with autism and
developmental delays under the direct supervision of a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst. Full- and part-time hours are
available. College preferred or experience in working with
individuals with disabilities. The ideal ABA therapist has some
training in Verbal Behavior, data collection, and teaching
procedures, is a team player, and is proactive and motivated to
work with children with disabilities. Aurora offers excellent

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified
Associate Behavior Analyst (BCABA)
The Aurora School is accepting
applications for BCBA and BCABA or BCBA/BCABA candidates seeking
supervision. BCBA and BCABAs work with our students with autism
and developmental delays, conduct evaluations and consult on
student program goals and teaching procedures. Strong leadership
and management skills are necessary for supervising and training
ABA therapists. Experience in Verbal Behavior is desired, and
experience in Direct Instruction is a plus.
